I have been stuck in Delhi for a week on a arch villain hunt. Need one more clue and still remain clueless. Is this a glitch or what?!!

I’m experiencing this as well. I’ve been in New York for almost a week now, waiting for my last clue. I’m even considering dropping it. I’m aware that we get a ton of repeat clues but now it is starting to feel very buggy.

I'm also stuck in Delhi but for different reasons. I need to do a favor for the Holy Man to get my next nemesis clue but he remains very elusive. Strange, on other occasions he usually pops up quite frequently.
