I have tried and tried to figure this one out, and I think I know who did it, but I can't find his motive. Everytime I ask ONE question, they won't answer a second, will my experiences make them talk more?

Yes, try and accuse, it won't cost you. And if you don't get it right, come back to that case later when your detective has more experience and skills.
