I just bought advance hair analis..and started a new case and it didn't give me advance tips, just that I found a clump of hair...heck I had that before buying the advance. Whats up with that?

With the Advanced Hair skill, you can tell if the Hair if Curly or Straight. But it works most of the time only, not all the time. However, wearing Smart gear to the Crime Scene helps some.
