I have a case stored in my apartment which when I open I get a spyce exception. I cannot quit the case or do anything apart from store it back in the apartment. Can anyone help.

Did you open that case while you were in another city? This is what causes the error message. I'm afraid it'll take an admin to remove the case for you.
