so inevitably my pet got sick and I had to fork out the $100k. That was 3 weeks ago and my pets stats are not back to full. Do I need to gain all the experience again to get full stats? I'm sure last time I had them all back to full almost immediately. These furores really need resolving as its ruining the game

Wish I knew the answer. My pet just got sick as well and I paid out for the medicine. After playing for a couple of days, it is back to full stats.

You need to play all your daily cases (AIs) and interview all the suspects and townies, even if you don't need the answers. The stats will be back to normal in a couple of days, depending on how many cases you played and what difficulty before the pet got sick. My pet has fallen sick today and I'll use the same recipe for his recovery. :)

Thanks for the answer. My pet was at full stats before getting sick but seems to stuck.

Too bad we can't have the gorgon Medusa as a pet.
