Hi, just returned today and doing one of the free feature cases. When I visit the Tailor or the bank to check handwriting or thread against a suspect when I click the suspect when asked it loads the login screen. Any ideas as to why. Had been thinking of re-subbing but not so sure now.

You should re-sub regardless of the feature mystery being broken. Lots of great regular cases that are not buggy and the site is running very well in terms of fairly fast speed. Plus there's a lot for you to do like getting your contacts in all cities and going on Villain Hunts and eventually doing Nemesis hunts and agency life.
