Either I falsely accuse or quit a case because of lacking WE/PE, and the murderer ends up being someone I never even heard about???

What is the best way to avoid this???

i always ask suspects if they know of any other suspects first, then for their alibi second.

if you don't yet know how many suspects there are for each level, check out the newbie thread - it will give you that info. if you can't find it, ask and I can send it your way!

for $20 you can ask the fortune teller if you have all your suspects - based on how many you have left they will give different answers. i always get up to the minimum number that my case level has before checking. when you reach the minimum, you will either have all the suspects or just one left to find. then i talk to the fortune teller to find out for sure. if i have everyone, then i just check for alibis. if they tell me i need another one then i still ask about suspects until that last one pops up. (there are posts out there that will tell you exactly what the fortune teller will say - I can't remember off the top of my head, but if you get stuck, let me know!

hopefully that helps!
