I've been thinking lately they hire us. We should tell them at what price. Our skills and experience should also factor in. As well as the difficulty level of the case. Each level would have a max cap of money you could potentially earn. With the harder cases always potentially earning you more money.

Only fair. I mean Shady's rate go up when your XP goes up. But your cases pay the same whether you have 100000 XP or 10000000 XP.

Well if you solve the case it hardly matters if you have 10K xp or 10M xp. Both agents solved the case *equally* regardless of their experience. Equal pay for equal results.

However, Shady may be right in thinking that a more experienced detective should be making fewer errors. Therefore if a more experienced detective screws up, shouldn't s/he pay more?

You could equally argue that a more experienced detective should have better pay for having more skills. I mean, there are top attorneys who can charge higher fees and aspiring attorneys who will charge humbler fees.
