When I log on as BadAss and I click "play sleuth" I get a spyce exception notification (3 times in a row now). However when I log on as Cro Magnon no such thing happens>

I can log in and make use of a limited set of tabs by clicking "send one now" on the sidekick coupon option. However, when I click, "crime scene", "map" and "case" I get that spyce exception again.

Alright, it seems that I have full access with my detective again. All I needed to do was store the "toxic" case. Those 4 cases are still there and I'm not sure how to remove them but at least I can use my detective again :)

Yay!! Did you end up hearing back on the issue?

With a little thinking outside of the box, we managed to dispose of the toxic cases and resolve the problem 100%. My advice, if you move your apartment, get ride of any stored cases first. :D

Congrats on resolving the issue! How did you manage to get rid of those toxic cases, out of curiosity?

Had to work with two open tabs and going back and forth between detectives:

I opened a case with Detective A and went to the "case" page.

I then opened another tab and logged in as Detective B and picked up one of the "toxic" cases.

I then went back to my first tab and clicked the "quit case" button and, even though the case on that page still reflected the case I had opened with Detective A, I was able to quit the toxic case I had picked up with Detective B.

I was immediately kicked back to the log in page after quitting the case and at first I thought it hadn't worked, but when I logged back on, low and behold, one of the toxic cases had indeed been removed. So we were able to get rid of all of them in that fashion.

It's good to see you back glasse. My husband (BadAss) always refers to you when he's in the mirror maze - my nose hit "glasse." :D

Wow, I don't think I would've thought of trying that! Nice thinking outside the box indeed. :D

Haha, curse that mirror maze. But thanks, it's good to see you as well, Sindy! I still remember your generous loan when I was being extorted by Shady a few years ago.
