I'm sure most of you know this but PE + WE CAN = FA! lol It did for me! I could have SWORE I read it meant guilty but I'm guessing I'm wrong!

You are correct dear!

You need to always verify the Fake alibi, and if not the only way you can safely accuse someone who you cant verify the alibi is if they have 2 WE against them.

LOL cost me 120,000 to learn that! Didn't want to wait for 2nd (as I don't intend on getting one) cuz eventually I know the price goes up to 1 million+. I just could swear I thought I saw it several times that PE + WE = guilty, I'm most likely wrong about that.

But is it possible for a suspect (whether guilty or not) to have 2 PEs?

Not possible. One piece of physical evidence per suspect.
