How do I finally capture the nemesis....and start a new hunt?

I solved the puzzle box, yay! Then my clue was "Ahoy" so I assumed that meant boarding the Sleuthetania, I'm on it now.
But I'm going around asking "ahoy", "nemesis", and similar terms and getting nothing. Am I supposed to solve a case? Does the nemesis randomly turn up?
and I wanna do it all again!! how do I start another nemesis hunt after this?

and when you return to the prince, do you randomly get offered a nemesis hunt again? It's been a few years since I last played then I just got back into Sleuth; and I forgot the exact process.

Hi Yeti - I'd thought that after catching your first nemesis you only had to complete 4 AVHs before the Prince would offer you another nemesis hunt. Has that definitely changed?
