I can use 4 levels of cases (beginner to Intermidiate), and 5 other difficulties are grayed...(really hard to Ridicoulssly hard (sorry for my english)
My question is... will those 5 levels will be unlocked, when I earn some EXP or I have to pay to play those difficulties ?

Yes, those levels will be "unlocked" when you have more experience. Even if you can play them now, you might have difficulty completing those harder cases if you do not have the necessary skills yet.

Hold your cursor over the different grayed levels. It will tell you how much exp you need to unlock it. :)
