i may have this wrong but it appears to me that the suspects do not lie to you when you ask them who is also a suspect.
if this is so would it not be a better part of the game that you could not trust them all of the time ?
the penalty for losing a case because a suspect misled you would not be great, perhaps the loss of $500.00 and of course, the case itself.
just once in a while.
