The server time now says that the day has rolled over. However, I am still at 0 case. I have tried refreshing the page, and logging out and logging in again, but the game still hasn't given me my 4 case files for today.
Anybody know what is going on? Also, is it just me or has anyone else experienced this as well?

Update: So I came back to the Case page after posting this, and I now have the daily 4 case files. Maybe I was just too eager to start. Still, there's a delay (a few minutes) between server reset and daily case allocation.
