If I remember correctly, the in-game "day" should have rolled over by now. But the server time says that it's still about 1 hour before server midnight. Was there an announcement on this that I might have missed?

I guess it happened due to Daylight Saving Time?

In (Eastern) Europe it happened between Sat 27 Oct and Sun 28 Oct.
I was +10 hours of ST before it, for about a week +9 hours of ST, and back on +10 hours again today.
