Travelling

It's been a very long time since I have touched Sleuth (I was very young back then and screwed up more detective accounts than I care to remember), and now I'm getting the hang of playing this game the way it's meant to be played I'm actually considering subscribing since 4 cases + 1 favour per day is kind of boring.

On to my question - I've searched the forum until the date of 2015, so I'm fairly sure it's not been asked before - I've been looking at the list of cities under Docks that I can travel to and each city states a price and turns needed, and I want to know what exactly turns mean in this case.

While we're at it, I've read an old post somewhere that unsubscribed players can travel between cities ONCE (correct me if I'm wrong), and I'd like to know what does changing cities offer to unsubbed players?

Thanks and apologies for the long post. Happy 2018 to all!

You have to use your cases for traveling - for example if it takes 2 turns to travel somewhere then you will use 2 cases out of your max available for the day.

Currently unsubbed players can't travel anywhere, the old post was probably referring to the promo period when traveling for unsubbed players was possible.

That clears things up a lot for me, thank you very much!
