Trouble with analyzing clues

So I am working on a case that has a thread and a handwriting clue. When I go to the tailor or the banker and click the link to get help analyzing the clue, the link takes me to the log in page. I don't know if it is because they are bad links or if I'm missing something there. Has anyone else had this problem? I have narrowed the suspects down to two based on alibi alone but I don't want to guess and get it wrong.
