Is anyone else having issues with SC not working? I tried multiple times but it kept telling me I couldn't use it yet. Very frustrating. :(

I had to finish it the old fashioned way. I thought maybe I had miscalculated the number of favors so I kept doing cases and favors. Eventually got the last favor needed. I hadn't miscalculated.
