One thing to keep the furores interesting could be the possibility to earn a second pet. A requirement could be to earn an insane amount of brass rings like 500 or so.

Does this sound crazy?

Or maybe the pets should have a life-span, like real pets do. But accelerated like the rest of their growth. After a while, we'd have to get a new one. Please don't all shoot me at once, just a suggestion: D

That is too sad, and requires too much playing of furores. I don't think anyone would want a pet that dies.

Are you thinking a new pet slot, or swapping the second pet out for the first?

Oh and Miranda I was ~very~ tempted to go down the dead pet route but ultimately decided I liked not being murdered too much. Good luck!

I was thinking a second pet slot.

(BadAss being too lazy to swap, lol)

@ Yeti - I completely retract my former suggestion. I like my life too much!

LOL

I love my pet. And I don't want him to die not because I am afraid of taking care of a new pet. I just don't want him to die :(

I think two pet slots would probably be a bit much! Definitely a chance for pet swapping in the future though.

Does that mean there will be new pets? I still have the thought in my head to have an owl.

I'd certainly be interested putting more pets at some point. Owls are good one. Bunnies are an obvious candidate!
