When you have reached the end of the line with a townie - exhausted manipulation and bribes - and you get this message:

"At that, he clammed up quick.
He'd had enough of my questions, unless there was something I could do to convince him to be more cooperative."

What can you actually do to 'convince them to be more cooperative'?

Using Faction Leader privileges only works with suspects.

It would be awesome to exert cooperation from townies by using a new skill. Did I mention before that Cairo could do with new factions?

I love the idea of having a faction in Cairo.

Some pets can help with the townies. But a faction in Cairo would be great. How about the pirates? :)

Pirates are a possibility. Something Egyptian themed would also be awesome.

By talking about the new factions and skills, I really suggest that there is a skill which works for the suspects who die between the cases. Because no murder is clean of traces, at least, for more real, there should be skill to discover some more clues when player run into seeing a second murder during a case.

I'm also in favor of introducing necromancy so we can still question the deceased.
An Egyptian faction would be just perfect for that. Preferably one that is devoted to Anubis.

It would make perfect sense.

Necromancy taught by the high priest of Anubis would be great! :)

...or a high priestess of the Lord of Light. :)

Amun-Ra, do you mean? :))

But necromancy seems so far from the real world although it sounds good.
