Hi Kathryn : ) I was intrigued by your comment that miss snopes and I spoke least in the game. It wasn't my impression at all. I just took a quick flick back through the pages and - while it's true that we didn't make zillions of posts - we posted regularly. After my initial 'hello' post on 22nd August, I posted twice on 23rd and 24th, three times on 25th, 4 times each on both 26th and 27th. It was game over on 28th when I made my final post. More than that I'd say miss snopes posts were pretty much all quite analytical and relevant to the game. I think that mine were too.

I know there are players who like to ham it up, poke fun at Yeti, make lots of posts, etc. The pantomime of it all is entertaining : ) But it's not particularly relevant to the game outcome.

So, overall, I have to disagree that it's "silent" players who are most successful in Rabbit Doubt. I'd actually say that - as with The Resistance - it's the silent players who attract most suspicion. And suspicion was directed in RD at LaSorella, yourself and RLJ - in large part because of the infrequency of posts as the game progressed.

Yes the game could perhaps be improved - most things can - but I feel it's been well thought out and organised by Ty and Riza. I also like that it's a kind of counterbalance to The Resistance. In the latter the spies generally have a hard time winning. I think a question in the most recent Trivia Quiz gave it as something like only 3 wins for the spies out of 11 games - or something like that. But we'll see as time goes on and we play more RD games.

It was a pleasure playing with you, and with everyone. Kathryn, I hope that next time you get to see the game from the PoV of a wolf :D

Great to read everyone's thoughts and opinions on the game :)

I would say RD and Resistance are very competitive, cutthroat games, and I would be interested in playing something more relaxed now, or that is more focused upon teamwork than individual work. Playing Rabbit Doubt gave me the chance to realize how talented all the players are and also that we all have quite unique ways of problem solving. So I would be very excited to see all that talent brought together toward a common goal.

I understand your thought, Kath and Sindy. Actually, this kind of game origined from a Professor of psychology as a practice for his students. Through the game, they understand how people can react with the events life brings to them, how to read people's thought, etc. So this kind of game is about interview and reading mind. While, at resistance, the main gameplay is about, right as Kath said, statistic and mathematics. Each of them has their own way to play. And I suggest that while playing RD, you should enjoy those feeling of reading people's mind. Do not worry much about being killed. You will see its interest then. I also talked to Riza about your guilty feeling of hanging an innocent people. I also feel the same. It's normal feeling of good people. Next time we will try to make things less serious by giving a place for excluded people (I prefer this word than dead) to discuss. So you guys can feel it less guilty. Just think that it's to exclude somebody to narrow down the suspects. They are not dead, they are just detained or sth like that. :D

And the idea of power cards is very interesting, Kath. Thanks for it. I think we can apply that idea to the game also.
