I just want to protest the besmirching of my name by The Announcer. I never killed any bunny in such a horrible, gruesome manner as described by this media mongrel. In fact, the garish descriptions depicted in this thread completely put me off my appetite and I ultimately had to release all the bunnies marinating in my refrigerator. I've been able to eat nothing but chicken broth for the past three days.

Woe is me!

I understand your situation ERDT (your name is quite long). Sometimes, the media are so evil.

We should have hung Yeti on the first day :)

Yeti I was so so sure you were a wolf.

So sorry I suspected you, Sindy. I think I did because you seemed so tight with Yeti from the start and I was sure he was a wolf. Also your alter ego gave me the creeps.

For feedback I must say that the playing times were not very easy to deal with. Also I felt that it was extremely difficult for the rabbits to get real intel about who's who.

Many thanks to my friend RLJ who joined us despite his extremely busy schedule :)

Thanks everyone for playing :)

@miss snopes: I think they wanted to keep all the money :) and the extra challenge of winning the game with only two wolves

I'm sorry I suspected you as well, Kathryn. And I'm very happy for you that you weren't a wolf, because I think you would have been miserable. :)

Thanks for your feedback, Kathryn and sorry for the inconvenience of the playing time. We didn't recognize it before. We will try to fix it in the next game. If you have any suggestion about it, we very appreciate it.

About the game play, it's really a challenge to figure out who is who. That's why this game named Rabbit Doubt. But I think it's quite fair for both sides since the rabbits dominates about the quantity while the wolves have advantage about the allegiance. Actually, we made the game simpler to play since we added some special powers into this game whereas the basic game does not have any. We will see if we can do anything to make it better while still keeping the balance for both sides. We suggest that you should try to talk to people in the game more. The principle this game based on is that people can easily tell a lie but it's very difficult to protect a lie by keep lying like a quote "you can't hide an eel in a sack". So the main strategy is to keep talking. Sorry if I spoiled the game :D

And, I really appreciate your invitation to RLJ. Hope that we can have him in our next games.

Thank you Tyrano and Riza for all the hard work you've put into this game :))

From the very beginning I felt like everyone (including me) was very uncomfortable with the idea of hanging anyone in the game based on suspicion only and without any kind of proof, and I think that makes it considerably difficult for the rabbits to win. The only rabbit with helpful data in the game is the SS and even then they can get killed right away or they can fail to sniff out the deceiver. I felt also that the Resistance (which is also a game based on figuring out who everyone is by what they say) had at least some sort of statistical, mathematical element to it (which is a limited number of people going on missions that get sabotaged or not). Maybe it would be helpful for the bunnies to have cards distributed to them such as in the Resistance? I know from personal experience that the more I spoke up in the game, the more suspicious I became to others (as shell marple pointed out). I think we were also suspicious of you tyro at the very beginning because you said so much :) the two that were the least suspicious in the game were zara and miss snopes because they spoke least. So I don't really feel that speaking a lot in the game is very beneficial. That being said I cannot imagine all the work that has to go into organizing a game like this one and the difficulty of balancing everything out to make it fair on all sides so thank you for that :)

I enjoyed the game. I don't enjoy the part where people get killed off - especially right off the bat. It's very anticlimactic for someone who signed up for a game to get offed immediately. I realize that's just the nature of the beast, but it's my least favorite part of the game. I think the most challenging part of this game is the fact that as a bunny you want to keep your "power" (if you have one) hidden so the wolves don't target you - although of course, you can still get offed just by random selection. So, my point is, you can have good bunnies and bad bunnies lying for different reasons, and you have to figure out not only who is lying, but *why* they are lying.

Hi Kathryn : ) I was intrigued by your comment that miss snopes and I spoke least in the game. It wasn't my impression at all. I just took a quick flick back through the pages and - while it's true that we didn't make zillions of posts - we posted regularly. After my initial 'hello' post on 22nd August, I posted twice on 23rd and 24th, three times on 25th, 4 times each on both 26th and 27th. It was game over on 28th when I made my final post. More than that I'd say miss snopes posts were pretty much all quite analytical and relevant to the game. I think that mine were too.

I know there are players who like to ham it up, poke fun at Yeti, make lots of posts, etc. The pantomime of it all is entertaining : ) But it's not particularly relevant to the game outcome.

So, overall, I have to disagree that it's "silent" players who are most successful in Rabbit Doubt. I'd actually say that - as with The Resistance - it's the silent players who attract most suspicion. And suspicion was directed in RD at LaSorella, yourself and RLJ - in large part because of the infrequency of posts as the game progressed.

Yes the game could perhaps be improved - most things can - but I feel it's been well thought out and organised by Ty and Riza. I also like that it's a kind of counterbalance to The Resistance. In the latter the spies generally have a hard time winning. I think a question in the most recent Trivia Quiz gave it as something like only 3 wins for the spies out of 11 games - or something like that. But we'll see as time goes on and we play more RD games.

It was a pleasure playing with you, and with everyone. Kathryn, I hope that next time you get to see the game from the PoV of a wolf :D
