Greetings, all! For a change of pace, I'm happy to announce a new game called Rabbit Doubt (idea courtesy of Tyranomaster3). This is a game which requires careful strategy (and a bit of luck) to secure victory for your team. The gameplay will be accompanied by narrative portions to increase the immersion of the experience. All of the details can be found at the link below:

https://sites.google.com/site/thevidocqsociety/Home/rabbit-doubt

If you are interested in playing, please post in this thread. I'll leave sign-ups open for 48-ish hours to see how many players we get. Of course, it's always more fun with more people. Then the game will begin! :D

If at any time you have questions regarding gameplay, please PM me and I'll try to get back to you as soon as possible.

As requested, spots have been reserved in advance for miss snopes, Sleuth Sindy, and Sal Iva.

Oh, and Yeti, do try to stick to the storyline. I'm sure you think it's beneath you to bother with such mundane details, but we're camping deep in the forest. You've been sneaking into people's *tents* and offing them - not their houses. Surely even you noticed such a minor detail.

Zara called her tent a house for cultural reasons.

She told you that right before you offed her?

No, she told me that the day before. So quietly no one else could hear. I knew immediately though that calling the tent a house was very important to her.

You wouldn't care about what she found important of course, since you murdered her. In her house you brazenly called a tent.

The day dawned, hot and humid. Among the smells wafting through the air were greenery and something sweet. But that was an odd smell, for they had found nothing sweet to eat and nobody carried such perishable foods. Although the members of the group were distrustful of each other, a few early risers decided they would search together to find the source. Who knew where the others had gone.

It did not take long for them to discover where the smell was coming from. A little ways from the entrance sat the crumbled remains of a circular stone altar of some sort. Splayed across the top of this altar was Windom, in direct path of the sunlight. His eyes stared into nothingness, while a blackish liquid streamed from one side of his mouth. The sweet scent wafted into the air, stronger this time. Another of their own had been found dead...

(Sorry for the delay--my internet's being very finicky.)

The day phase has now begin. Communication on this thread is now open until 20:00 server time. During this time, players may share what they have learned during the night, if they so wish. Additionally, each player *MUST* cast a vote before the day's end. To vote for another player to be hanged, use "VOTE: Player Name" (and "UNVOTE: Player Name" if you change your mind). To abstain, use "NO VOTE."

Variety is the spice of life.

Mr Announcer, are you able tell us how many traitors we started with, and whether any deceivers are included in that number?

I assumed that since the rules plainly state:

**Games utilizing abilities will have a higher number of traitors.**

and since you claim to be a tracker, that there is more than one traitor. However, as I'm writing this I realize, we only have your say-so that you're a tracker. So you could be deceiving us in more than one way, which would be quite brilliant.

And I have a hard time believing that you wouldn't thoroughly familiarize yourself with all the in's and out's of a game before you started playing.
