Fortune Teller Giving Silent Tratment

Searching for my 4th artifact map and have to 'Find the Fortune Teller in London'. Well, I'm here but every time I type the requisite word (tried both spellings) in her question box she simply says she's sorry but she knows nothing about that.
Can someone advise or look into what's causing the glitch? Don't want to waste cases, so I'll look back in here later.

Just had a pm from another player who suggested an alternative word to type in the box. Tried it - nothing. Seems to be a definite glitch.
Hope somebody can look into this soon.
Also wonder if anything similar is happening with other players looking for artifacts?
