Sleuthville's Pet Control has noticed that a particular pet is being neglected. The SPC is preparing to intervene to make sure it receives the attention it is due. ;-)

It has happened before, Charlie. :( I think it's if you don't keep up with working on that stat. (So far I've only seen it happen with pets that haven't maxed out though. I won't be able to play too many cases for a few days now, so if my cat's stats drop, we'll know.) If you work on that stat though, you should be able to regain that lost point (and one more!) in a week (two?).

Charlie- I have had this happen to my dog as well after not playing for a day . If you don't use the skills, they lose points According to Yeti.

Thank you Bela and Keira Ann. I can see these pets demand a lot of attention! Btw, Benjie's smart skill is back to 4 today. :-)

Gosh, how dare they be high maintenance. Here I thought virtual ones were easier to take care of. /shaky fists :P

Afraid not, Sumia.

Makes me remember back when I was young having those Tomagachi virtual pets and I ended up killing mine. :x

Oh goodness, not those things haha. I couldn't stop them from dying and kept seeing pixel graves all the time. I swear that game was a troll. D:

Also, apparently looks like pets can get negative stats. Oh boy, sneaky troublemakers!

It's not clear from the pet description (I should update that to account for this happening) but negative stats is what happens when your pet gets sick.

Oh no. But just feeding and grooming the pets surely can't make then well again? At a certain point I'm thinking we might actually need Dorian's expensive medicine. Does that mean we *have* to take part in furores to help a negative stats pet recover?
