Hello,
I went about 2 years without playing. Now that I'm back, I see I don't have 3 accessories anymore. I remember having something in the slot under my detective picture, to the left of my dress, but I don't remember what it was. I do know it wasn't blank. Currently it's a blank box with question marks.
I tried to add something with no luck.
Is it possible to add an item that will increase my skill points for Smart & Charming?

Not sure what previous 3rd item you are referring to. However, the open space is for a pet. This is new and opened with Boardwalk. Have you checked it out?

Before pets were introduced, accessories were displayed to the left of the coat slot - the accessories have been moved to the right of the coat slot. The blank box with question marks is the pet slot. Pets can be won by trading in 100 brass rings, and brass rings can be won by playing in Furores at the Battery Boardwalk. Pets have additional charming/smart/tough stats that can boost your overall stats.
