If I use Surveillance on a suspect, then forget and use it on another - I get kicked to the login screen. I've tested it out a few times. Everything is fine on using Surveillance as normal, but if you should forget you've already used it - and try to use to use it again - you're immediately back at login.
Obviously the thing is to remember that you've already used the skill, lol. But thought I should mention it anyway.
