I have solved at least 6 cases in a row but have not yet had a favour. If you interrupt your flow of cases by doing a furore, does that interrupt the favour pattern?

shell - you're right. iId forgotten that I'd taken a quick trip to deliver something to the Tea Steepers., either just before or after the furore. Doesn't explain the second 'lost' favour though.
