Disappearing favors

I'm pretty sure I was holding a favor for the librarian. When I checked today that favor was gone. I think the same happened the day before but I wasn't too sure. And no, I didn't travel or changed agencies.

Isn't there supposed to be a favour waiting immediately after finishing a villain hunt? Nothing there for me today. Hadn't changed cities. Looked for favour straight after AVH.

There's not always a favour. If you catch your villain quickly in the new city you won't get one.
