A number of bug fixes and adjustments have been popped into the game today with relation to the Boardwalk content.

Significant bug fixes:

* Players who have had problems with Furores kicking them out instead of letting them start should no longer have this problem.

* The Mirror Clues should be displayed properly on the case page.


Significant adjustments:

* There'll now be eight Furores a day, but players are limited to two tickets.

* There's a Furore schedule in the City Hall, so they can be viewed anywhere except Shangri-La.

* An accessory can now be stored almost entirely without complaint with Jonny the cotton candy seller.

* After 40 minutes the Hall of Mirrors will become significantly easier to solve.

* Any players engaging in espionage will now find there's a delay between uses.

* Clues will immediately re-drop after a player finishes the Furore.

* The 'community clue' locations, i.e. the helter skelter, cinema and telescope will potentially change clues with a clue drop, making them worth revisiting.

* It's now only possible to gain one clue at a time from the roller coaster (though you will still have up to three chances to get that one clue).

* If you're the last player standing the big wheel and roller coaster queues will disappear.

* A badly written Furore read me has appeared.

* Furore ticket offers can be turned off from the Options menu on the Detective Page.

I know right. I think we can stop blaming the poor furores. Oh and 20 minutes and the furore will expire, so you should get bumped out then.

Your doubts were right..0 time remaining and I still get spyce error trying to leave Boardwalk.

Oh and now I see that the furore is in the negatives for time remaining and its as if Aspen and Anais and myself are still competing in a furore.

Unfortunately, just to let you know, looks like we are still in the Furore, even though it says there's -2 minutes left (lol).

Hi there, Yeti is on this as soon as he takes a child to kinder. There have been some server changes, that happened overnight (well overnight where he was), and he'll look into how that has played out. I apologise for the inconvenience.

It is as Squirrel says! Ben transferred Noir to a new server and in the progress a number of things broke. For example, the chat, which will have caused major problems by going down in the middle of a Furore (what, this isn't news to any of you right now?)

Anyway, I'm on duty now so I'll get things back on track and then we can go from there.

Okay. It looks to me like things are back on track.

* Server time is now back to Pacific.
* Chat is up and running again.
* Daily turn over has been manually kicked into gear.
* There was a small bug with Aspen's pet growing up (brand new dog).

Please let me know if anything else seems off, and I'll fix that too.

To say sorry for this happening we've extended the subscriptions of everyone who has one by a day. Further to this, Aspen, Jas and Anais have each been given three brass rings (top prize for their Furore). I'll be keeping an eye on the next Furore to make sure it kicks off okay.
