With the firm application of bolt cutters the rusty padlock on the gates of the Boardwalk has been prised off. For a small fee at the ticket booth Detectives can take some down time to wander around the Boardwalk.

Whilst familiarising yourselves with the layout is a great idea, the real meat of the Boardwalk is the Carousel Furore; the times for these are listed on the case tab. The main way to get tickets is by solving cases at Really Really Hard or above in difficulty (the higher the difficulty, the better your chances). Your best chances of getting a ticket are an hour before a Furore is due to start, but if the tickets are gone they're gone.

Finally there is a second type of ticket; a back-up ticket. They will not be hard to find.

Happy sleuthing, and as ever please let me know when the bugs crop up and I'll deal with them ASAP.

When I get a ticket, I don't get a choice of times. Should I be getting a choice?

Another question. Can/ will we get pirated when we are traveling to NY to join the Furore? Just trying to see if I should have twice the needed number of cases to travel just in case.

Hey everyone! So, questions.

Keira: There's two ticket givers. One gives a choice, the other just offers you a ticket to the very next Furore.

Dream: Only one session has maxed out so far, but you're right there should be a way to check that in every city. I'll add it to the upcoming Furores on the case page.

Sultry: There's special transport to get to the Furore from other cities, which even if it did get pirated (which it does not) it wouldn't matter.

Hi Yeti,

Could you please adjust the schedule for the daily event? This current schedule seems unsuitable for me and people around this time zone (GMT +9). :(

Or for GMT+2 :)) It's either 11.30 the first one, which I can't do. 20soemthing which is kid bedtime or 2AM which if I'm up at that hour it's because I'm working.

For the time being there'll be four games a day, which split the day into four chunks then pick a time randomly in each chunk for the game. The idea is that some days you'll have conveniently timed games, other days you won't, but no one will miss games every single day due to their time zone.

As you see, the time totally falls into the working time which means I can only participate in it on the weekend.

Can you just adjust the 1st case to 3 or 4 AM? Because the time from the 1st to the second is quite long while the others are short. If you can adjust the same regular distances for each event, I think it will be better for people around the world to have a chance.

That's how it's fallen this time Tyrano, but it's done randomly. They're not always at those times, which you'll see as more games are planned.

That said I am going to adjust the formula for the time picking, so we'll see if that helps.
