Is it possible to skip a mission? Obviously you won't receive a clue then.

It's doable Cro Magnon, many dets have done it, so don't give up. Think of the surprise you'll earn once you capture your nemmy. It'll be all worthwhile. Don't forget that not having the Host Neg can be just as frustrating. You can lose up to 8 cases a day by being pirated while delivering books and packages.

That being said, go ahead and nuke the head of faction and opening hunts missions Yeti. I'm sure no-one will lose any sleep over it. They're the worst missions possible.

There's a lot of Sleuth that could theoretically be endless. For example one could theoretically never get all the clues to catch a villain. These are all things I'd like to tweak one day, as you suggest getting the favour needed for an artefact map is extremely frustrating. It'd be better if you knew you were definitely making progress.

Unless anyone has a strong objection I think it'll be nukes deployed for those two missions.

True, there's quite some stuff here that could be endless. Like favors for treasure hunts. That's why I always suspected there would be some sort of tweaking. I just wondered if that were the case too with the catacomb runs.

Which missions are you talking about Yeti? Opening trasure hunts and Faction Head or catacomb missions?

I'm not sure about tweaking the catacomb runs specifically, but there'll certainly be something done in the artefact map hunt area as a whole.

Sorry Etain, I mean the treasure hunts and faction head. I was feeling so buoyed by your encouragement I forgot to make any sense.

It would be great Zeti if you could reduce the numbers of VHs necessary to start a NH. Ten VHs is really a lot!

I've been so discouraged from playing lately because the nemmies take several months to complete and then you have to do 10 Villain Hunts before you can start another one.

I realize you don't want people to be able to build up their equipment too quickly, but good grief it's seriously probably going to take me 5 years to add 5 points to my gear through nemmies. At this point I just feel like - why even bother.

I know this has been discussed before, but being able to change at least into smart gear when away from your agency's home city would be ever so welcome. I realize that their needs to be a challenge to solving cases - especially for younger players, but at this point in my Sleuth career my focus is elsewhere - Villain Hunts and Nemmies. Repeat clues and tasks that can take several days are enough of a challenge and frustration.

I imagine the arch villain requirements could be lowered for repeat Nemeses.
