It's not very easy to get in good with more than one at a time, pearl, although I have seen it done. It's best to pick one a time. Then you can do the little jobs for them every day and not worry too much about how individual cases affect you.
The little jobs get you in with them by about five points, whereas the cases only jack you up or down by one, I believe.
Little jobs for one faction will put you down with both others, however, which is why it is hard to be in with more than one at once.
