It all started when Autumn shared with me something I had been aware of for a long time, that she had been a member of the Sleuth community since she was only 6 months old.
Involved in events beyond the scope of her understanding at such a tender age, she could not remember the true story of her roots, and she asked me, the narrator, to tell her the story of her Origins.

[Cathy Rose] : ... "They" saved you from certain death.
[Autumnsprings] : Oh? Do tell!
[Cathy Rose] : They found you abandoned in a nearby cave.
[Cathy Rose] : Wild animals alerted them to your presence.
[Cathy Rose] : Leaving you there would have meant your certain death, so they decided to take you in and offer you shelter and protection from the vicious "Tigers" of Shangri La.
[Cathy Rose] : For only opponents of the vicious "Tigers" receive the kind of treatment that your family received when you were so very young.
[Cathy Rose] : They fed and clothed you, and gave you all you needed rather than all you wanted. They raised you as one of their own, teaching you everything they know, and training you in patience, kindness and wisdom.
[Autumnsprings] : So my parents were killed? :'(
[Cathy Rose] : No one knows yet. What is known is that the "Tigers" like to take certain measures to ensure that their opponents never set foot in Shangri La again.
[Cathy Rose] : That is why, at the young age of 15, you set out to travel the world, hunting down international nemeses and Arch Villains that have strong connections to Shangri La, hoping that one day one of them will tell you what you need to know about the whereabouts of your beloved parents.
[Cathy Rose] : Did you like your story, Autumn?
[Autumnsprings] : Yes. :D
[Autumnsprings] : Except for the part where my parents are mysteriously gone. :'(
[Cathy Rose] : You are filled with the strength, courage, and faith that the Tea Steepers so patiently taught you. You know that the way of the warrior is that of least resistance, following the path that has been set out for you, knowing that it will lead to your true destiny.

[Autumnsprings] : Why was I left in the cave? Was someone supposed to come get me and for some reason couldn't?
[Autumnsprings] : So many questions.
[Cathy Rose] : The Tigers have had their hearts hardened a long time ago, and care not for children as young as you were.
[Cathy Rose] : Your fate mattered not to them, but it did to those who were more spiritually advanced than the Tigers.
And that, dear Autumn, is the true story of your Origins.
