Is it perfectly normal to have two missions for your next clue at the same time? Or is it something that 's not supposed to happen?

Also, before the urchin only seemed to show up while I was working on AI cases. The last two times he showed his face during a favor case.

Are you kidding me? Winning 3 hunts in a day, nailing your 100th treasure hunt and moving up one space on the agency boards calls for a celebration, no? :)

You shouldn't be getting nemesis twists in favours any more. You also shouldn't be getting more than one mission now.
