One of the most prominent yet elusive people of Sleuthville, the legendary Big Lucy herself, is hitting a new milestone in life. While none are bold enough to inquire her age, rumors say this is a momentous occasion. The guest list is comprised of the most prominent and affluent people in Sleuthville and beyond.

However, some of Sleuthville's own working class have been invited-- not as guests, but as special operatives to patrol the event. They have been selected for their swiftness, skill, and intelligence. They will be entrusted with making sure that Big Lucy's Birthday Bash goes off without a hitch. But, as always, there are those who would rather see the event go down in flames.

A mere three minutes before the event is scheduled to start, the operatives are informed of an alarming development. There has been a breach within the ranks, and a number of spies have infiltrated the group! Having never seen each others' faces, there is no way to discern whose allegiance is true. The team has been compromised, but there is still a chance to save the evening.

The operatives' job this evening is to make sure Big Lucy's birthday celebration goes off without a hitch. If she is pleased at the end of the night, it is almost guaranteed that they will lead easy lives from thereon out. Whispers say Big Lucy may be more forgiving on her big day, but even she has her limits...

Will Big Lucy's birthday bash be a huge success, or will it succumb to the sabotage of the spies? Stay tuned to find out in this installment of The Resistance.

It is difficult to know who to trust yet, as there some spies amongst us. I will be be keeping my eye on
Autumn , Joseph and Marc. I think they are all rather suspicious.

Now, who to use my Open up to? Yeti- a good suggestion. But how do I know your not a spy?

Decisions, decisions....

Ms Helen has chosen to give her OPEN UP ability to Keira Ann.

Ms Helen has chosen to give her NO CONFIDENCE ability to Yeti Face.

Ms Helen has chosen to keep KEEPING A CLOSE EYE ON YOU for herself.

---

Keira Ann has chosen to reveal her allegiance to Yeti Face; I have PM'ed him with it.

Do I still vote publicly? Is that for the whole game? I think it is, but I want to be sure.

Marc, considering that Joseph and I have volunteered to sit out this mission and are nowhere near it, why would this be a good time to use your card?

Oh... Because there are no spies on it. Leadership would move right down move down the list. Let's see who is next on the list... Oh would you look at that! It's you!

Marc, this is my first official, I'm-not-kidding call out. I think Marc is a spy. He didn't use no confidence in the first mission because, as yeti pointed out, there was really no reason to unless there were two spies.
He knew he would vote sabotage and the first mission would fail.
It did. Marc said nothing after that until the second mission team is proposed. After Joseph and I voluntarily sat out this mission, Marc not only doesn't volunteer to sit out, but threatens to use his no confidence card. His reason? "This goes to show that Autumn and Zeo cannot be trusted. I now have a reason to play my no confidence card"

What goes to show we can't be trusted? That we would sit out to give others more information about ourselves or to make them more comfortable with us? That's dangerous? Information isn't dangerous to the Resistance members. Information is only to the spies. And let's assume Joseph and I can't be trusted. Why is that a reason to use his no confidence card when we're not in the mission?
My theory is that there are no spies on the team. Marc can use it and get leadership. Boom! Spy on the team and leading it!

I also vote to approve this mission team. It's got Marc nervous about something. I don't think this team has any spies on it and will therefore succeed.

Keira Ann is RESISTANCE! So that's lovely.

Marc, are you using that NO CONFIDENCE card?

Not saying that you are Yeti but theoretically it is possible that both you and Keira are conspiring together and you're lying?

From the way how Autumn was strongly defending her innocence when I hinted at my discomfort with her calling everyone a spy, it does feel authentic. It is quite possible that she is Resistance, but then I could be wrong...

Yeti asked Keira Ann to reveal her allegiance to him because she is "one of only two people who voted down a mission with a spy on it", but that's not true. It was Sal. Either Yeti made an innocent mistake with his memory, or that he was looking for an excuse. KA's willingness to oblige and then have Yeti reveal her "innocence" on the thread does sound suspicious though....

Is Marc using his no confidence card now? (my mistake to give it to him in the first place then, since Autumn is right that there's no point in using it now; like the first mission we don't have enough information yet)... As Marc is using no confidence, I should use my strong leader card on him as he's taking the lead.

Autumn, i hope you're right that there's no spies on this one, as I was planning to keep my strong leader card to be used in situations where I'm sure the leader was a spy. I was thinking of the odds though, that what are the chances of having no spies on a mission of 4 people when there are 4 spies in our midst? or, could it be that there are 2 or more spies on it so that Marc would wanna take it down?
