In just under six weeks, the 31st Summer Olympics and the 15th Paralympics will occur in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Athletes from over 190 countries around the world will gather to compete in some 35 different overall sports over a period of about 3 weeks.

Many people have commented recently that they would like to see some more activities taking place here on Sleuth. A few of us creatively evil types were wondering if we put together a series of activities for people, would y'all be interested??

We are looking for at least 8-12 people, of all experience levels; both hunters (treasure, casework, and Arch Villain) and writers will be needed. People will be competing in a team format. We're probably looking at Subbed players for now, but we're working on having at least two activities (not necessarily part of the teams, but supplemental to them) that will be exclusive to UNSUBBED players. All of these activities will have an Olympics theme.

So. Any takers?? ;-)

Please let us know below.

Thank you!!

Oh my office is fantastic. Ask you wife. She saw my office when she visited to receive a gift from me (non Olympics related and with breit's permission before you all get your panties in a twist.)

The cappuccino makes me think you already have an idea what it's like.

Only if we remember to roll out the welcome mat. If not, you might find yourself sitting in the janitotial closet/washroom. If you find any nuts, I think they SS left them behind. :-P

Hello everyone. Terrence Zorn, investigative reporter for The New Corker on special assignment of these Sleuth Olympic games. Miss De Mon, are you verifying the rumors floating around the Olympic village?
Is it true that Rick's Cafe Americain puts its temporary help and visitors up in the janitorial closet? Are you finally ready to give me that exclusive interview you've been promising. Or will I need to continue to get my information by hanging around the food vendors concessions stands. I've grown partial to the ice cream being served here.

Speaking of interviews, I am looking for a few brave participants and judges who would like to be interviewed about their experiences in these first ever Sleuth Olympics. Please message me and we can set up a time and place for the interview.

*Wanders off to find the ice cream vendor.*
To damn bad she is such a role playing princess, she'd make a hell of an editor. Really helped me out with my last article.

Congratulations to ALL the teams!!!! You all did an amazing job in these Olympics. I was hoping that people would come together, work as teams to try a variety of completely new and different things that nobody had done before, and hopefully challenge people to try to do new things that they thought they couldn't do. For the most part, I think all of you succeeded beyond your wildest dreams. You all gave a phenomenal effort, and submitted some extraordinary written work. I thank you for that!! ;-D

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the following people for their help with organizing and judging these Games:

Riza Hawkeye
Secret Squirrel
Daenerys Targaryen
Bela Talbot III
Della Devine
Joseph Zeo
Lady Jas
Molly Maltese
