As far as I remember, it was 11-12. I'm on a VH, and this case has just 10 suspects. The fortune teller also says that everyone's here. I've been away a while, has the number of suspects reduced?

In that case, is it 3+7 or 4+6?

Hi Ebony, so far as I'm aware AI cases have always been 10-11 suspects. 3+7 is the right ratio.

I know when I first returned that I had a couple of cases that had 12 suspects. Trust me I was really confused by that, since I only remember the 10-11 suspects. But recently I've only been having the 10-11 suspects and thought I hallucinated having 12.

I've always had 11-12 mostly, even 12 quite a number of times, but never 10. Today was the first time, I was really surprised!
And yes Yeti, you're right. Just to make sure, I checked all the alibis even after knowing the guilty person, to know the ratio. It's 3+7. :)

I've never had a case with 12 suspects. Ten suspects on the other hand happens frequently to me in an AI case.

There's annotations in the code written by Serges about an "Impossible" case difficulty, which would have had 11-12 suspects. Perhaps at one time those suspect numbers slipped into AI and that has been subsequently fixed. I've never personally seen a 12 person case though, outside of scripted mysteries.
