You've never been a Charming woman in a city full of women P/E townies, McCoy. I'm even worse off cause my P/E contact is the only guy in the lot. Trust me, it matters.

That's the short story. There's a much longer one that goes back about a decade, but trust me again. I'm just plain jinxed when it comes to that city. London is just plain evil. :-/

I see your point Breitkat. So I'm sure that you can also see that an alpha male like me struck bonanza with those same ladies you're talking about. Except for the tailor. She might be of a different eh ... orientation.

If the tailor was of the suggested orientation I'm sure that myself and Breitkat would have more luck in London! I suspect that she is of no orientation and is in fact a high up in the criminal underground. It's the only rational explanation for why she tries to wreck my cases all the time.

The barber is my contact and as such we have an agreement: he helps me out with my hairier crime scenes and I don't question him about his proclivities.

Yeti babies are impeccably clean, much like their father. New York thought I was so clean they rewarded me with a villain capture on the first case there. Cairo was pretty happy to see me too (Barber contact):
