Here's a new idea. Since everyone goes on vacation or has to go away for a day or two, could you institute an "away" mode?

The "away" mode would be specifically for people in agencies, and they would put themselves in "away" mode, and take themselves out of "away" mode as well.

While in "away" mode, every 12 hours, 1/2 of the cases that person could have would be automatically put into the storage files for the agency. If there is not enough room for the files, then they would be lost.

I was thinking. (I know, scary thought.) When doing favors, wouldn't it make sense for the person you're doing the favor for not to clam up? It's their friend who was killed, so wouldn't they want to help out in any way they could? In other words, no clam up? Just a thought.

Elsey, that's been discussed before, and Ben has admitted it would make more sense. I think it's never been changed, because 1) it would have an effect on favour difficulty, a solution to which would then have to be thought of, 2) there's so many things for the Admin to do all the time...

Would it be possible to change some of the links you have when talking to shopkeepers?
For instance: It would be nice if (for your contact) you could just click on "Identify the thread" and have him/her just identify it (if you know the suspect) instead of going through a list of 8-12 people.

Also, in the general case (where it's not your contact) could we have a link to go straight back to the list of people we were asking about?

Both of these suggestions will save a lot of bandwidth in the long run, and make playing much more enjoyable!

I like this idea...

Although you can just keep one finger hovering over the backspace button on the keyboard to go 'back' in the browser to the list of suspects after the person has told you something, if you see what I mean.

it would be nice if we could choose whether to accept the favors cases if we click on one to see if it's available.
