This happened to me twice today:

Error Loading Mystery

We have experienced an error while trying to load your active case.

Would you like to:

Retry
Quit Case

Both cases had been solved and the error occurred at the moment of accusing the guilty suspect.

I had the same problem as Mr. McCoy on my first favor case. But since it was the one I kept getting kicked off of when I accused, I waited to see what would happen with my next favor. That favor I collected my reward got the points and didn' t get kicked off after hitting the sell item button. I haven't played any cases since then so I will let you know if it happens again.

I just finished another favor case and didn't experience any problems.

Getting kicked when selling the reward is ~weird~, since not everyone is having that problem. I'll see if I can replicate it. Thanks McCoy, and I'm glad things seem to be going better on your end shell!

Sorry to put a damper on things, but I just solved a Nemesis Hunt favor and when I try to accuse the killer I keep getting booted back to the sign in page.

I can't safe the case, either, and I don't want to lose my clue.

Please HELP! :)

I wanted to accuse the culprit in an incredibly hard case but keep getting booted.

The nemesis cases should now be solvable. Sorry for the delay on those.

To anyone else who's still having trouble, please try to note what twist your case has. For example falling in love with the client, upsetting the Order of Socrates but helping the La Costa Nostra, those kind of things.

I'll do some more testing today and with luck we can mop up the last few problems.

I just got another favor in which I got booted after accusing the culprit. I think the twist in the story was that I ran into a socialite named McDonnellan or something.

That sounds about right, McCoy. One problem appears to be with the twist where the police falsely arrest a suspect (rather than where they happen to get it right). This was meant to be fixed last night, but unfortunately the update doesn't appear to have integrated properly. So it's down now to when Ben has a moment to try and upload it again.
