This happened to me twice today:
Error Loading Mystery
We have experienced an error while trying to load your active case.
Would you like to:
Retry
Quit Case
Both cases had been solved and the error occurred at the moment of accusing the guilty suspect.

Well, touch wood, the favour accuse problem should have gone away, along with the problem some of you were having with the error page . Thanks owed to Ben for being so prompt to push the fixes.
Please let me know of any problems which are persisting past this point.

I am able to accuse on a favor case. However when I click to collect the reward I'm booted to the login page. I got the experience points but not the money from the reward.

I had the same problem as Mr. McCoy on my first favor case. But since it was the one I kept getting kicked off of when I accused, I waited to see what would happen with my next favor. That favor I collected my reward got the points and didn' t get kicked off after hitting the sell item button. I haven't played any cases since then so I will let you know if it happens again.

Getting kicked when selling the reward is ~weird~, since not everyone is having that problem. I'll see if I can replicate it. Thanks McCoy, and I'm glad things seem to be going better on your end shell!

Sorry to put a damper on things, but I just solved a Nemesis Hunt favor and when I try to accuse the killer I keep getting booted back to the sign in page.
I can't safe the case, either, and I don't want to lose my clue.
Please HELP! :)
Thank you.

I can't *save* the case.
Gosh, I even proof read that before I hit "Post Reply." :(

I wanted to accuse the culprit in an incredibly hard case but keep getting booted.
