I am a little bit angry, I have just had to let my first killer walk, because none of my suspects would reveal the motives of my 2 prime suspects

And it would appear your nonchalance about catching murderers has actually been rewarded, Squirrel.

Sometimes I start a case, go to the map page, and know immediately that I am not interested in completing this particular case. So I quit it, and laugh in my client's face.

This highlights one more advantage to being in an agency, you can easily pass cases to co-detectives to analyze evidence for you which gives you a higher probability of solving.

525 quit and over 9400 solved.

Many were intentional favor quits early in my career when I was trying to get the contacts I wanted. There are a 10, maybe 20 bribery quits. The bulk are simply being hopelessly stumped. It happens.

Hopelessly stumped= only reason I'll ever quit a case
