Riots at the racetrack?

I've just read the city news today. There are riots outside of the Shanghai racetrack all because someone had the bad idea of killing a horse. Now the track is closed. Wonder if I should travel to Shanghai and see what all the hub bub is about?

I'm actually in Shanghai and no the track is not closed... yet.... I'm looking through the racetrack message board but i don't see anything there either....

Sounds exciting! I wonder what it could be. Maybe I'll stop by Shanghai later and take a look around for myself.

Well, I don't hope they chopped off another leg of Three Legged Tom. Then we would have to be on Two Legged Tom and get paid a winning of 200:1 if he finishes first place. I'll keep an eye out for anything suspicious at the racetracks. Drinks are on me!

Heck I've lost enough money on that three legged monstrosity, they can kill him for all I care.
