i had 8 suspects, of which four checked out to be real alibis. Is it ok to assume that the other four all have fake ones because it was a hard case and I noticed that there are always 4 fake alibis in a hard case.
I accused the person with a "fake" alibi and hair evidence AND witness and got it wrong...why??

yes I always do. I had 8 suspects which also seems to always be the max in a hard case. 4 had confirmed real alibis so I assumed that the other four had fake ones. But I was just told by Ben that he checked the case and the accused had a real alibi so that means a ratio of 3:5-fake:real.
This is the second time it's happened to me in two weeks. =(

according to the list I keep per level it is :
hard case- 7 or 8 suspects (changing) 3 fakes but 1 explained by research.
realy hard case - 8 suspects 4 fakes but 1 is explained.
