Good morning my friends.
I had this problem and it was not just once. I'm in a case with one suspect that matches an evidence, false alibi, and other suspect thinking that he murdered the victim and another one that saw him dispose the weapon. But the game still thinks that I don't have any reason to accuse him. What should I do?

I'm still without playing because it was not the first time that this problem happened, and I'm pretty sure there is a solution.

Is the person you can't accuse your client, or a suspect that one of the townies gave to you?
Either option you need to realize that you will need to find his/her motive to be able to accuse them. The only way to establish motive is by asking the suspects. The townies can not help in establishing a motive. What the townies can do is give you a name of a suspect if you are missing one.

It was not one of the townies... I asked one of the suspects if they know someone suspect, and they told him, and after all that evidences, I can't accuse him.

You need to ask the suspects this question to find the motive:
"Ask if he knows anyone who had a motive to commit this crime."

Do not ask them this question, as you've already gotten the evidence in this case:
"Ask whether he has heard or seen anything to make him suspect somebody."

BTW, this was not the way I heard about the suspect I want to accuse. I heard about him with the "Ask if he knows anyone who had a motive to commit this crime."

"Ask whether he has heard or seen anything to make him suspect somebody" is good for when you need evidence that the person actually committed the crime, but "Ask if he knows anyone who had a motive to commit this crime" finds the motive - their reason for committing the crime. You can't accuse someone without knowing first why they might have done it.

In your case you had the twist come up which states that the police arrested the wrong person, as that suspect then appears on your suspect list without a motive. Other ways you could have unlocked the suspect include asking the townies if they've heard anything about the case. How you got him though is ultimately unimportant, in order to arrest him you need to ask more suspects the "Ask if he knows anyone who had a motive to commit this crime" question until one of them mentions him.

I have EVERTHING to accuse him.
I asked one of the suspects if they know anyone that has a reason to kill him, and he pointed him.
One of the evidences of the crime scene is poiting at him.
One of suspects saw him dispose the weapon.
There is nothing left in the town to do, because everypody is stressed out to make any other questions.
And you guys are telling me that the solution is quit the case? Guys please this is not right...
