Hi I am brand new to this game and in love already. I would love to join an agency to help and help me along the way. Thank you all.

Vampiric Crypt or Blue Pagoda are your best bets for an active agency with multiple players. They're the two big ones, and are agencies in the more traditional sense.

If you'd rather join a smaller agency there's much more in the way of options there, but I get the impression VC or BP is probably what you're after.
