The Particulars are inviting detectives to join us. Read the following carefully, for the criteria may be contrary to what agencies may normally look for.

We are looking for casual, non-competitive players. (Yes, you read that right.)
No daily log-in required. But at least try to be around often enough so we can admire your shoes.
No specific contacts needed. (Really!)
Given its non-competitive nature, the agency is unlikely to take part in many hunts, if any. So if hunts are your thing, you might probably be better off joining a bigger, more active agency.
Prefer players who are likely to enjoy the mood and flavor of the game more than the competitive side of it.
Both veterans and newer players are welcome. A veteran detective who has played the game long enough, and have decided to play a more laid back game now, could be suitable. If you're new and have not gone for hunts much, you'd probably want to enjoy the experience of hunting with a bigger, more active agency. But if you are a relatively new player but have already decided casual is your game, you're welcome too.

Above all, we’d like players who are mature, courteous, sensible, and who respect others.

So, basically a relaxed place for independent detectives to come together, warm their feet, and pretend each other don’t exist, Diogenes Club-style. (No, we're helpful and sociable. Probably?)

If you think you want to become a Particular, you know where to find us. (Private Message me or leave a note here.)

But who are the Particulars, you ask? That's the title of this post, isn't it?

The answer: Ordinary men and women.

Oh. But are they, really?
