Quick quesiton, after you get a third false accusation, is your character done for good, or can you still go to the shady guy and have him remove them? (I've got two right now and was wondering if I should get them removed now or wait until whether or not I get a third...)

You should do it now. If you get 3 false accusations your character is retired forever. This kind of question should go on the newbie board :-)
