See if there is interest for this.

1. Each day I will post 10 questions, at random times of the day.
2. Each Quiz runs exactly 24 hours.
3. The first person that has all 10 questions right, wins. Or if no one has all questions right, the best one wins.
4. You can only post answers ONCE for the same quiz.
5. No cash involved. Just glory. :)

What a hard thing, co-authorship
!I just now googled for the capital of Myanmar, it seems the new capital (since 2005) is Pyinmana, and Yangon, formerly Rangoon, is the largest city.
Michelangelo did the ceiling and the Last Judgement, and I can't remember the other guys who painted the walls with Boticelli, I think Perugino was one of them.
Yes, it's nice to see new faces.
Can we have tutti frutti now, please?

Of course you can - and sorry but there were a few things I needed to care of hence the delay :)

Taadaa!! "Tutti Frutti" II - this time it's probably just Frutta :p

Apples she'll be (Fruit Quiz Part II/"deux" isn't that what sequels are called?)

1) What does an apple a day keep away?
2) Which the Swiss hero who shot an apple off the head of his son with his crossbow?
3) What is the name of the Greek goddess of discord who after being excluded from the wedding of Peleus and Thetis tossed an apple into the wedding party and more or less started the Trojan War?
4) Popular legend has it that an apple fell on this man's head after which he formulated his theory of universal gravitation
5) Who founded Apple Records 1968?
6) And since we're on the subject which type of apple is featured on the logo of Apple Records?
7) Apple Records is also part of Apple Corps who've had several legal disputes with another company over trademark rights. What did this company start out producing?
8) "You are the apple of my eye" is part of the lyrics from a song written by which artist?
9) Returning to mythology, Hercules/Heracles, the poor guy who after ten labours still wasn't off the hook, also had to get some golden apples, only problem was someone was guarding them. Who?
10) And let's finish the quiz off with some gossip. Which celebrity couple named their daughter Apple?

1) The doctor.
2) Wilhem Tell.
3) Eris, or the for the uneducated heathen, Strife. XD I always kinda figured that apple might be a pun for 'bad omen', since in Latin and Greek the two words are freakishly alike.
4) Isaac Newton.
5) The Beatles, I think.
6) A Granny Smith.
7) Computers.
8) Stevie Wonder. It's the song for my girlfriend and eye. It was playing when we first met.
9) A big, big dragon by the name of Ladon.
10) Um, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie? That's the only celebrity couple I know of.

10. Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin, I think. I think Brad and Angelina came up with something even more bizarre - which I can't remember!

1. The doctor
2. William Tell
3. Eris the goddess of Discord, and yes the words are freakishly alike in Latin malus/-a/-um - bad thing/omen, malum - apple...
4. Newton
5. The Beatles
6. It is green...so a Granny Smith???
7. Computers
8. Stevie Wonder
9. The Hesperides -- a group of nymphs
10. Gweneth Paltrow and Chris Martin

I know, I know...Someone already answered the questions, but darn it this was the first time I knew all the answers to this thing, and I was still too late. Anyway...I feel like a smart, well read, intelligent person now (which isn't always the case after seeing the daily quiz), so I'm off to conquer the world hehe

Super everyone!! As you were all spot on on practically every question I'll only comment on the last two:

9) Points are given for Hesperides as well as Ladon - think some versions only list the dragon while others mention both, and others again focus on the nymphs - if Squirreling Android wants to add something here, he should have steered clear of LED's crazy PM-idea ;p - even though the moose dance was hilarious :D
10) Yep, it was Gweneth Paltrow and Chris Martin

So we have a tie again - whoever knows how to do a winsor knot gets the honour of posting the new quiz ;)
